About Me: I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My parents are from Mexico. I have four brothers and three sisters. I am married and have a step-son who is currently in college. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, seeing movies, and paddleboarding. Overall, I have more than 20 years of experience working with youth in the education, government, and non-profit sectors. I have a bachelor's degree in Modern Languages/Elementary Education and two master's degrees in business administration and educational leadership. I am looking forward to being the 7th-grade dean.
