Welcome to Mrachek Wrestling! Coach Ferro and Coach Dana have been coaching wrestling at Mrachek for over 10 years together. We want to let you know that there are many skill levels of wrestling and our main goal is to teach you the basics. As you progress, we will teach higher level moves and combinations. It is all about you having fun and learning a sport. We have the MMA style uniform and the traditional singlet for uniforms.
